The Quincy / Buck site has was purchased by the County and since 2018 has had various temporary uses while the County works to determine a permanent use for the site.

2/13/22 – Letter to County Board re: White Fleet and ART Buses

2/13/22 – DES Fit Test of White Fleet and ART Buses
The Department of Environmental Services conducted a ‘fit test’ of the 29 ART buses at the Quincy Site. BVSCA members observed the exercise and took these videos.
- Video 2: Noise monitoring by BVSCA members as buses move into position. Note the increase in decibel readings as the buses accelerate – much above the noise estimates commissioned by DES (PDF).
1/25/22 – Letter to DES

As of December 2021, BVSCA has learned of a proposal by DES going before the County Board to use the site for bus operations and storage, which contradicts past findings in both the GLUP and JFAC committees for this site.
