This proposed Neighborhood Conservation (NC) project requests various street improvements to 12th Road North from North Lincoln Street to its current dead end at the APAH/American Legion property. Improvements potentially include curbs, gutters and sidewalks. At its March 25, 2019 meeting, the Ballston-Virginia Square Civic Association confirmed that this project is the neighborhood’s first priority project and thus would be the next neighborhood project put forward for funding from the NC program.
