This committee is charged with the following:
- Review the bylaws every 3 years to make sure they are up-to-date and reflect organizational changes. If changes are requested or required in the interim, review and propose new language.
- Identify individuals to serve on the Nominating Subcommittee annually. Oversee this Subcommittee and ensure fulfilment of their duties.
- Recruit/identify potential officers and representatives reflecting the spectrum of the neighborhood.
- Lead a Neighborhood Boundaries Review
