This month’s meeting will feature Avant Bard Theatre, voting on the concept design for the Ballston-Virginia Square N Quincy median beautification project, regular business, and various ongoing neighborhood developments.

Sara Barker, Producing Artistic Director at Avant Bard Theatre, will share about the organization, opportunities to engage with Avant Bard in our neighborhood, and a proposed Ballston Quarter Performing Arts Center (BAC).
Ballston-Virginia Square North Quincy Median Beautification Project Discussion and Vote
Following on from our September 2026 meeting, Hannah Nicely (Associate Planner and Landscape Architect) and other staff from the County’s Department of Community Planning, Housing and Development (CPHD) will seek further discussion and a vote on whether to proceed to the next step in the proposed ARNAC North Quincy St. Median Beautification Project.
Please review the proposed Concept Design and Landscape Plan prior to the meeting if possible. The presentation from last month’s meeting is also available for review.

Our Treasurer, Giang Dang, will give us a brief on our financial situation and membership numbers.
