Conversation with County Board Member JD Spain

Arlington County Board Member JD Spain, Sr will join us for the first part of the January 2026 BVSCA meeting. Mr. Spain will introduce himself to our membership and then open a conversation with attendees on issues we’d like him to know about and/or follow up on. This is an opportunity for BSVCA members to share thoughts and questions in a Q&A format and to enhance your relationship with a County Board member. Thanks to our member Sharon for arranging this speaker.
