Membership of the Ballston-Virginia Square Civic Association (BVSCA) is open to anyone who owns, leases or rents a residence within our neighborhood’s boundaries. Dues are collected/membership is renewed annually in June; our membership year runs from June to May. The Association meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at a variety of neighborhood locations except for May, August and December.
To become a member of the Association, please complete the BVSCA Membership Application and e-mail, mail or drop it off to Giang Dang, BVSCA Treasurer and Secretary of Member Records, at the address below along with your annual dues payment of $10/person (Electronically via PayPal in the box below or to bvscatreasurer@gmail.com; cash; or check payable to BVSCA). Note that between December 1st and May 30th, the dues payment for remainder of the membership year is reduced to $5 /person for new members.
